Same-Day Shipping

We offer same-day shipping on all orders placed before 2:59 PM [UK TIME] on weekdays (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:59 PM will be shipped the following business day.

Order Processing and Shipping

  • We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
  • Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
  • We are not liable for parcels getting lost in transit, please reach out to the courier to open investigation should this ever happen 

Payment Terms

  • We accept all major credit cards and debit cards.
  • Payment must be authorized before your order can be processed.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to payment issues or suspected fraud.

Returns and Exchanges

  • We offer returns and exchanges for unopened and undamaged products within 14 days from the date of receiving goods
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened or used lashes.
  • Delivery costs will not be reimbursed during refund process.
  • No returns or refunds accepted on exclusive discounts or special offers.
  • Shipping costs for returns label are under your own discretion and will not be reimbursed during returns process.

General Terms

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
