In order to qualify for a refund, the product must remain completely unopened and sealed in its original state and packaging. 

If in any circumstances upon inspection we feel the eyelashes have been tampered with in any way or appear to have been used/tried on we will not be able to issue a refund.

It is important to note that we uphold strict quality standards to ensure the satisfaction of our customers. Therefore, any signs of tampering or use will result in the product being ineligible for a refund. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. 

Delivery costs will not be reimbursed during refund process.

Shipping costs and for return labels are under your own discretion and will not be reimbursed during returns process.

Should your parcel gets lost in transit, we are not liable and hold no responsibility for the loss. In such cases, you will need to contact the courier service directly to initiate an investigation into the matter. We recommend reaching out to the courier promptly to address any issues related to lost parcels. 

Please note that when you purchase a product that includes a promotion for a free lash, the terms of the promotion imposes that if you decide to return the purchased product, you must also return the free lash in order to be eligible for a full refund. This policy ensures that the promotion is honoured fairly for all customers. 

Please be advised that all purchases made under exclusive discounts or special offers are final. This means that once a transaction is completed, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for these items. Returns must be actioned within 14 days from the date of receiving goods to return the product. Failure to do so within this timeframe will result in ineligibility for returns. It is important to adhere to this policy to ensure a smooth and efficient return process.

Returns may take up 10-14 business days to reflect on your bank account.
